How it Works:

  1. Book Your Intro: Select a time for your 50-minute Introductory Session. This is a hybrid of a movement assessment and a tailored workout where we’ll discuss your goals, check your mobility, and move through a foundational flow.

  2. Connect: We meet via a secure video link. (All you need is a mat and a screen!)

  3. Train & Learn: Get personalized cues tailored to your movement history.

  4. Post-Session Plan: Receive 1-2 focus movements to practice between sessions.
