I’m Dimitra, and I started Kinéa because I believe movement should be a source of energy, not just another chore.

I specialize in helping people navigate the physical demands of modern life—whether that’s undoing the "desk slump," managing an old injury, or simply finding a way to move that feels good again. My sessions are a supportive, two-way conversation focused on the small, intentional adjustments that make a massive difference in how you feel.
