When you pay for a session or package, the payment is handled through Calendly, our booking provider, and processed by Stripe. This website displays an embedded Instagram feed. When this loads, Instagram/Meta may collect information about your browser, network, and device, and your IP address, in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep your booking and health information only as long as needed to run your sessions, and for as long as the law requires for financial records.
