about Kinéa…
Kinéa is a Pilates practice focused on building strong, adaptable bodies that last.
It’s designed for people who want to move better — in sport, in work, and in everyday life.
my Approach
“I teach Pilates as a system — not a workout.
The goal is simple: help your body work better with less effort.”
Alignment over intensity
We focus on how you move, not how much you do — because efficiency beats exhaustion.
Strength without stiffness
Strength should support freedom of movement, not create tension or rigidity.
Carryover to life & sport
What you train here should translate directly to daily life and the sports you love.

Hi, I’m Dimitra,
— the founder of Kinéa.
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a Pilates instructor. For years, I worked in the corporate world, sitting in front of my laptop, doing what seemed like the “right” thing — the 9–5 job, the steady career. Until one day, my body told me it had had enough, and I had no choice but to slow down.
That pause led me to Pilates. At first, it was simply a way to recover, but soon it became more — a small win in my day that left me feeling stronger, more grounded, and more confident. And what I loved most was how that strength carried into the rest of my life. I had the energy to get back into the sports I missed, to spend more time outdoors, and to enjoy life fully again, without feeling like I was running on empty.
Kinéa was born from that shift. Not as a luxury, not as a trend, but as a support system. A place to build bodies that last — so we can keep moving, exploring, and doing the sports and activities that make us feel alive.
