Kinéa Return to Movement

For the part after physio, when you're on your own again

An 8-week private online program for people who have finished treatment and want to keep getting stronger, built around the work their physio started.

Dimitra guiding a client through a slow, controlled movement

Most people finish physio feeling better, with a sheet of exercises and every intention of doing them. Three weeks later the sheet is somewhere in a drawer, the days have gone back to how they were, and the first twinge feels like starting from scratch. Return to Movement is there for those weeks, so the progress you made keeps building instead of quietly fading.

Who it's for

You've been cleared for exercise, you're out of the acute phase, and you want someone to keep you consistent while your body gets stronger.

Back and neck

Your pain has settled, but it keeps coming back when life gets busy.

Back to running and sport

You're returning after an injury and want to trust your body under load again.

Long days at a desk

Stiffness has become normal, and you'd like to understand how you actually move.

After pregnancy

You've been cleared to exercise and want a careful, progressive way back.

What's included

  • A 60-minute movement assessment, informed by your physio's notes
  • Two private 50-minute sessions a week, 16 in total
  • A plan built on Pilates, mobility and progressive strength, which changes as you improve
  • Short follow-along videos for the days in between
  • Direct WhatsApp support for the full 8 weeks
  • Progress check-ins at week 4 and week 8

How it works

  1. Book a free call. We talk for 20 minutes about where you are, and decide together whether the program fits.
  2. Your assessment. I look at how you move and, with your permission, at what your physio has shared.
  3. Eight weeks of training. Live online sessions from wherever you are, with a plan that moves forward as you do.
  4. Keep it going. You finish with a routine you understand well enough to keep on your own.

Working alongside your physio

I don't diagnose or treat. I work within whatever your physio has cleared, keep them updated if you'd like me to, and send you straight back to them if anything new comes up.

Physios: if you'd like to refer patients, get in touch for a referral code and a one-page overview.

What I doExercise progression, movement quality, mobility and control, and the consistency that makes it stick.
What goes back to your physioNew or worsening pain, numbness or tingling, loss of strength, and any new injury.
Portrait of Dimitra, founder of Kinéa Pilates

I'm Dimitra

I spent years in corporate finance, sitting at a desk and learning first-hand what that does to a body. Pilates was how I found my way back, and eventually it became my work.

Today I'm a BASI-certified Pilates instructor completing a degree in Physical Education and Sport Science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and I coach clients online from wherever they are in the world.

Investment

€1,040

for the full 8 weeks, or two payments of €520. I take on a small number of clients at a time, so places are limited.

Questions

Do I need a referral?

No, but you do need to be cleared for exercise by a physio or doctor, and we'll talk about it on the free call.

What do I need at home?

A mat, a bit of floor space and a stable internet connection. If you need anything else, I'll tell you before we start.

What if I travel during the 8 weeks?

Sessions are online, so we keep going wherever you are and simply schedule around your time zone.
